April 7th, Yoga I Fundamentals
7:00pm to 8:30pm
Please welcome yoga instructor -- D'Alan Baugh, RYT

He has been practicing for almost 10 years and teaching for two. Received his 200-hour certification from Columbia Yoga Center. Instructs in the Hatha style with flow segments and emphasis on breathing, centering, feeling the poses and includes meditation.

Please give D'Alan a warm welcome and come out to experience his yoga teachings.

Restorative Gentle Yoga, April 7

Tim Hurley,
500 hour RYT

Tim Hurley teaches a gentle, nurturing style of Yoga that emphasizes personal empowerment, healing, and deep relaxation. Tim also teaches yoga in local nursing and rehabilitation facilities, as well as in retirement community settings. He also co-facilitates / instructs the Yama Studio Yoga 200 hr. Certification program at Carroll Community College and upcoming this summer at Yogaville, VA.

Energy Yoga, April 8
9:00 am to 10:30 am

We welcome her 15+ years of yoga practice and 8 years of instruction to Santosha. Please give her a warm spring welcome.

Note: the Tuesday Transition Yoga II class will be combined with the earlier 9:00am class. This class will return next week to it's regularly schedule class.

Boni Jacobson is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant through the American Council of Exercise. Since 1995, she has been professionally helping people meet their wellness and fitness goals.

Boni believes that optimum health is achieved through the integration of mind, body and spirit. Her passion to teach and her dedication of working with people's abilities, as well as their disabilities makes her a forerunner in the fitness industry. For the past 12 years, she strives to be a leader in her profession through her passion of holistic wellness.
