Flow Yoga II/III
Tuesday evenings at 7 pm
Join fellow yoga students who have practiced for about 7 months. Beginners may also enjoy this class upon individual request with the instructor. You'll be invigorated and encouraged to immerse yourself in 'your' yoga flow. Opens up tense muscles and brings deeper breathwork for stronger abs. Join us and may you radiate light, love and find your true self. Namaste.

Primary Yoga - New six week sessions start

Tell your friends and relatives about our specially designed mini 6 week session - Beginner 'entry level' yoga class for individuals without prior yoga experience or for beginning students who would like a detailed refresher class. Suitable for all ages and fitness. This series builds students confidence and prepares them for Yoga I Fundamentals. Costs: $88 or use your class card. Yoga I students welcome.

After 6 weeks students begin to feel real results and learn their ideal alignment and the basic poses to start their own home practice.

Boni Jacobson is a Certified Yoga Instructor, Certified Stott Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Weight Management Consultant through the American Council of Exercise. Since 1995, she has been professionally helping people meet their wellness and fitness goals.

Boni believes that optimum health is achieved through the integration of mind, body and spirit. Her passion to teach and her dedication of working with people's abilities, as well as their disabilities makes her a forerunner in the fitness industry. For the past 12 years, she strives to be a leader in her profession through her passion of holistic wellness.

Pregnancy Yoga
Tuesday evenings at 5:45 pm
Lucy Beebe (May 6th & 13th) and
Shawn Essed (May 20th through session and ongoing)

A gentle and flowing class for pregnant women. We focus on postures that support, tone, and strengthen the pregnant body. We will also work on abdominal and pelvic floor toning, and breathing techniques to aid in the labor and birth experience. This class helps to foster supportive relationships between expected and experienced mothers. Prenatal yoga is appropriate for women new to yoga and experienced students.
