We are a virtual yoga school and friendly community of Maryland area yoga instructors who offer classes at your location and soon to have online downloads. We offer variety of classes and workshops for individuals or groups such as Vinyasa Flow, Restorative (gentle), Pre-natal, Morning Yoga, Yoga for Athletes, Chair Yoga, Pilates/Yoga Fusion as well as Belly Dancing!

Corporate Yoga at your offices $65 per class no limit to the number of students. Contact Lucy, our director, for appointments or to arrange a longer term contract with negotiable rates. 30 or 45 minute yoga fitness break for your employees which has been known to promote better concentration, healthier and reduced stress to perform better at work.

Yoga class party at your home $11 per person. Contact Lucy for scheduling your customized class or wellness yoga party. Discuss nutrition and life goals. For groups of 5 to 10 students. 60 or 90 minutes of yoga bliss.

Individual Yoga Sessions, $65 per session, Three sessions $165. Add strength, balance and keep stress away with once a week classes for 2 months, 8 total classes $360 ($45 per class at your home or office). Customized yoga to fit your busy schedule. Develop your home yoga practice and benefit every day of your life.

There are several ways to cultivate contentment. We can practice yoga postures, pranayama (deep breathing) and meditation to keep our energies balanced and our mind serene - qualities that lead toward contentment.

The consistent practice of yoga postures cultivates the ability to observe what is in the present moment. By focusing your attention on the subtle and broad movements of both mind and body, you are able to gain pure insight into the nature of things as they truly are. This is known as mindfulness, from which follows happiness, freedom, and peace.

Experience yoga for yourself. You've heard about it for years and never knew where to start or your didn't feel comfortable taking a gym yoga class. You don't need to be in shape or flexible to experience results. You are perfect as your are and will come to love your body with yogic contentment. All classes are tailored for your needs and can be taught for various levels of experience or at any age with the Santosha yoga network of instructors.
