Students can join classes and workshops at any time.
Class fees as low as $12.60 per class with class card purchase. No registration or sign up fees. Flexible class drop-in scenario with many open classes.
New students with experience can start at anytime during a session and are welcome to drop-in to any open class. We request students register to inform the instructor when you plan to start classes. Review our FAQ for more info.
New students without experience, or who are not familiar with yoga, should start on the first Yoga Primary class and plan to attend all 6 weeks.

Registration for all classes is recommended: Many of the benefits of yoga are felt with an ongoing, consistent practice. For this reason, as well as to help create a building-block progression to the classes, students are strongly recommended to sign up prior to the starting a class series. However, you are welcome to join a class at any time during a session or drop-in to a different class if you cannot attend your regular class that week. 8 week sessions continue to typically offer the same class schedule, however some classes may change after the first 3 weeks.
Beginning students: Start with Yoga Primary or Yoga I Fundamentals. These classes require registration prior to starting classes. Please confirm start date.
New students who have basic knowledge of yoga are welcome to join any Yoga I Fundamentals class or equivalent class related to their ability and familiarity with yoga. We welcome you to contact the director to discuss your options.
Returning students: Please coordinate with your instructors if you plan to change to a higher level class or add a class to your weekly practice. You may sign up online or in person at the new class.
*Rise and Shine Yoga I/II is registration required in advance. E-mail the instructor at
or register for the entire 10 week session. Set your alarm and be rejuvenated.
Pregnancy Yoga is a registration required class. Minimum 3 students to run the class. Contact us if you are planning on attending or need to be absent.
Our studio is open for tour and to purchase gift certificates ONLY before and after any 'Open' class or workshop.
Classes may change during the session at the discretion of the director.

We offer studio discounts for purchasing at the yoga school. You can purchase right before your first class.
REGISTRATION is easy
New and returning students.
1. Fill out registration form online or in the studio
2. New students arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class and fill out one additional yoga questionnaire form before your first class.
3. Purchase a class card at the studio before your class. Or you may purchase online.
Students are welcome to join one, two or more classes a week. Students may alternate classes. Please let the instructors know if your schedule varies, that is always appreciated.
