'Summer Session' starts June 23rd through August 29th, 2008.
Class fees as low as $12.60 per class with class card purchase. No registration or sign up fees. Flexible class drop-in scenario.
New students can start at any time during a session and are welcome to drop-in to any open class. We request new students register to inform the instructor you plan to start classes. Yoga Primary for new students, not familiar with yoga, should start on the first class and plan to attend all 6 weeks. Our session classes are arranged to have a progressive series of postures and are also setup for schedule changes.

Registration for all classes is recommended: Many of the benefits of yoga are felt with an ongoing, consistent practice. For this reason, as well as to help create a building-block progression to the classes, students are strongly recommended to sign up prior to the starting a class series. However, you are welcome to join a class at any time during a session or drop-in to a different class if you cannot attend your regular class that week.
Beginning students: Start with Yoga Primary or Yoga I Fundamentals. These classes require registration prior to starting classes.
New students who have basic knowledge of yoga are welcome to join any Yoga I Fundamentals class or equivalent class related to their ability and familiarity with yoga. We welcome you to contact the director to discuss your options.
Returning students: Please coordinate with your instructors if you plan to change to a higher level class or add a class to your weekly practice. You may sign up online or in person at the new class.
*Rise and Shine Yoga I/II is registration required each Tuesday before 6pm. E-mail the instructor at
If you have registered for the entire session, then you don't need to notify us each time you plan to attend, but rather we request notification if you cannot attend class that week. This class is occasionally offered on Friday morning. Please request 'RISE AND SHINE E-mail notifications' if you are interested in that alternate day. Set your alarm and be rejuvenated.
Pregnancy Yoga is a registration required class. Minimum 3 students to run the class. Currently we are running the class, please join us. Contact us with questions or if you are planning on attending.
Classes may change after the 3rd week of each session at the discretion of the teacher. Sign up today!

REGISTRATION is easy
New and returning students.
1. Fill out registration form online or in the studio
2. New students arrive at the studio 10 minutes before class and fill out one additional yoga questionaire form before your first class.
3. Purchase a class card for our discounted rate or a 'drop-in' class.
Students are welcome to join one, twp or more classes a week. Students may alternate classes and if you would let the instructors know your schedule varies, that is always appreciated.
