Our studio offers a variety of classes and worshops to meet all levels of ability from Beginners, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative (gentle), Pregnancy, Energy (chakra) and early am yoga. Novice, beginner, intermediate and advanced levels; Days and Evenings. Learn yoga and enrich your home practice.
Studio Updates
Wednesday Evening Yoga I class at 6:30 pm is currently OPEN and being taught by Jennifer O'Connor.
Rise-n-Shine Yoga I/II Wednesday's with Jeni, at 6:30am to 7:30am is OPEN. You can drop-in at any time.
New Thursday AM Yoga I at 9:30am to 10:45am is OPEN with Helen. Start you day off great, drop-in and see for your self the benefits of am yoga.

Starting yoga classes for new or beginning students, without any prior yoga experience, should look to begin with our Yoga Primary 6 week series. This class is specially designed to give more detailed instruction and added confidence before moving on to our Yoga I classes. Or request a private session to receive customized yoga for your body. Review our class schedule, descriptions and policies for more info.
Students with yoga experience may feel free to drop-in to any level appropriate Yoga I, II or II/III level classes. If noted, you may need to register to reserve your place. If you are not sure which class is right for you, please contact us.
